REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Overview

This page describes our refund and return policy. Refunds are offered for unopened product returned in the original package. Exchanges are allowed for defective products. This is further detailed below.

Our refund and returns policy is effective for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless product is considered defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.

Return Procedure

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or Order Number. Please provide your reason for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without authorization in advance of the return. You need to request a Return Authorization first.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Calculate Refund

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Your refund will include the price you paid for the items plus the applicable sales tax.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we will provide a Return Authorization and instruction.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should request a Return Authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have no way to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
