RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your PlyFASTner product, we will work with you to make it right or return it to us for a full refund.

RETURNS

All returns of products must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unopened original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and ship your return to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges via a trackable method.

REFUNDS

After receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective, damaged or missing products, please email us at the address below to arrange a component correction at no charge.
